Payments
Payment of 25 % deposit of your final bill will be required at time of booking.
We will normally request the balance of payment six weeks prior to your arrival date. In these circumstances, you will be sent advance notification that the balance is due. If the balance of payment is not received by the stated date, the dates will be marketed again and the deposit forfeited. For breaks booked within six weeks of arrival, guests will require to pay the balance in full at time of booking.We will accept credit/debit cards, but due to bank charges a 2.5% charge will be levied for credit cards.Bookings of less than three night’s duration are available, subject to availability at the daily rate.
However, we will only accept bookings of less than three nights from 14 days prior to date of booking.Cancellations
Our cancellation terms are as follows: The Guest may cancel within 7 days of our confirmation of booking. The deposit will be returned, less an administrative charge of £25.00. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.From 6 weeks to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date 50% of the balance will be forfeit.From 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to the arrival date 75% of the balance will be forfeitWithin 14 days of the arrival date 100% of the rental fee will be forfeit.

Smoking
There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building.
We will provide smoking receptacles placed discreetly outside the building. We ask guests to be aware of the privacy of others when smoking outside.Pets
We regret that we do not have the facility to accept pets.
We can recommend several very reputable establishments nearby who could accommodate animals.
The only exception to this is Guide dogs.

Cots & High Chair
These are available on request for a small additional charge.
This will be £5.00 per week or part of a week.Duration of stays
This will normally be Saturday to Saturday.
There are rates available for Monday to Friday, and Friday to Monday.
Daily rate would apply if anyone wishes to stay for any period out with these days.
Check in times would be after 3 pm.
Check out times will be no later than 11 am.
The Guest agrees to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period of hire.The Guest undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let.

Welcome Visit
For guests staying at least one week, one of our staff will visit you, normally on the Monday morning of your stay to ensure that everything is in hand and to answer any questions.
Room Cleaning & Linen ChangingWe are a social enterprise offering supported employment training opportunities.
We require to maintain the premises to a high standard of cleanliness, including linen changing.
For weekly stays this will be done once a week.
We will arrange with you, prior to arrival, if you wish any alteration to this.
We reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection, repair work, etc.HeatingGeneral heating costs are included in the price. However, we ask our guests to be thoughtful of the environment and to close windows and turn down the heating whenever leaving the premises. Please follow the instructions in your apartment.Number of peopleThe number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number stated for the premises. In exceptional cases the owners may give permission for extra people to occupy the premises, in this case there will be an additional charge at our discretion.

Additional Charges
In the following instances there will be discretionary additional charges:
a) For breakages, loss or damage: The guest should report any deficiency which they notice on arrival, and any which occurs during their stay. Where appropriate, the guest will be liable to pay the replacement cost of the item broken, lost or damaged.
b) When guests leave the house, furniture or equipment dirty. The house will be in a clean condition on your arrival. We reserve the right to make a charge for additional cleaning if the property has not been left reasonably clean.
c) When guests overstay the departure time: Time is required between tenancies in order to check the house before the next Customers arrive. Occupation of the apartments can be taken from 3 pm on the first day of the stay. The house must be vacated by 11am on the last day. The right is reserved to charge for an extra day if tenants have not left by 11am.

Responsibilities
The Guest shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents, or neighbours.The Guest undertakes to relieve the Owner, his agents or employees from any liability for damage or injury, however caused, by any member of his party.
Quarriers accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Customer's party or their property, howsoever caused, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises.
